Dolphins Give Bess Two-Year Extension

The Dolphins have signed wide receiver Davone Bess to a two-year contract extension, according to multiple reports. The deal is expected to make Bess the highest-paid slot receiver in the NFL. Miami signed Bess as an undrafted free agent out of Hawaii in 2008.

McNeill, Chargers Agree To Extension

The Chargers have agreed to a contract extension with Pro Bowl offensive tackle Marcus McNeill, according to a source. The five-year extension will be tacked on to the one-year, $630,000 tender McNeill accepted last month. After missing the first five games of the season, McNeill will be eligible to play Sunday against St. Louis.
